Welcome to the registration form for the Big Stuff Heritage 2025 conference in Ghent.

By completing this form, you confirm your in-person attendance at the main conference in Ghent.

Your registration will be finalised upon payment of the conference fee.

Please note that payments are non-refundable in case of cancellation. The organization incurs expenses in preparing and arranging the conference, and therefore cannot issue refunds.

After registering, you will receive a bi-monthly email with practical updates and details about the excursions we are organizing for you. This email will also give you the opportunity to select the excursions you wish to attend during the conference.

ETWIE is the Flemish Centre for Industrial Heritage, located at the Museum of Industry in Ghent. It serves as the local partner of Big Stuff Heritage and is the organizer of the in-person conference in Ghent.
