Welcome to the registration form for the Big Stuff Heritage 2025 conference in Ghent.

By completing this form, you confirm your in-person attendance at the main conference in Ghent.

 

Your registration will be finalised upon payment of the conference fee.

After registering, you will receive a bi-monthly email with practical updates and details about the excursions we are organizing for you. This email will also give you the opportunity to select the excursions you wish to attend during the conference.

By attending the Big Stuff conference, you consent to being photographed and filmed during the event. These images and videos may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and our newsletters. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform a staff member upon arrival.

Furthermore, during the conference we will distribute a printed list containing the names and organisations of all participants. Do you consent to sharing your name and the organisation you are linked to on this list?

A copy of your answers will be emailed to the address you provided as well as the payment link on the ETWIE-website.

 

 ETWIE is the Flemish Centre for Industrial Heritage, located at the Museum of Industry in Ghent. It serves as the local partner of Big Stuff Heritage and is the organizer of the in-person conference in Ghent.
